Single Frequency PFM scan of PZT made at 20 Hz with a Pt coated AC240 Electrilever. The piezoresponse amplitude was overlaid (color) on top of the rendered topography. Domains are visible as regions of nearly constant amplitude, 7.5 µm scan. Imaged with the Cypher AFM.
