AM-FM modulus map of polypropylene – polystyrene polymer blend

Polypropylene (E’~2 GPa) - polystyrene (E’~3 GPa) blend imaged using AM-FM Viscoelastic mapping mode. Elastic modulus is shown on 3D topography. Imaged on a MFP-3D Infinity, 8 µm scan.
